&lt;p&gt;Summary of changes:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;16114 - HTTP POST files are limited to approximately 60 MB on Windows using IIS&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;15847 - JP2 with included Alpha Channels fail to render&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;16270 - Grayscale MrSID images are not mosaicked correctly&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;16189 - Incorrect mime type for small requests on Linux/Solaris&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;16515 - WMS requests for a reprojected scene outside of the image extent fails&lt;/p&gt;
